It is different world of peace and harmony with nature and away from the backpacker crowd. Those who value peace and tranquility would fall in love with this Homestay. Carved in a hillock with real rocks as part of your walls, backwaters of river in your front and wonderful greenery around make it one of the most spiritually exciting experience.

Cottage is right next to Pool at same level and also close to bar and kitchen. There is a double bed and as small bed. A family of 3 can stay very comfortable else extra bed can be put.
Toilet and bath are open to sky.
Furniture is antique wooden.

Peak Season Rate(October to May): Rs 4000/-
Christmas and New Year Eve (18-Dec to 5-Jan): Rs. 7000/- on double occupancy. Extra person charges as per the policy are to be paid to the owner.

Wonderful room created on a rock slope of a hillock. Here the rocks are part of the interior with a Master-bed on a loft. Ideally suited for a couple.

The guest accommodation consists of three cottages, unique in size and décor, situated in different levels of the foliage in the backyard.

They are very rustic, choosing to make best of locally available elements like bamboo, local stone , coconut wood and palm leaves.

The cottages are all air-cooled, the windows are large thus capturing the through breeze, and enabling you to sleep and reside completely in harmony with nature.

The bathrooms are tropical style, roof partly open to invite sunlight and offering a vista painted by the Goan sky and towering trees.

All the rooms have a safe and a tea/coffee maker.

Every meal, served by the poolside, sourced from fresh seafood and locally grown vegetables which is then cooked on a traditional wood-fire.

Most of the fruits served at the breakfast will be garden fresh.

We have built our eco cottages according to our commitment to reduce the impact on environment, with more soul than luxury. That is why we take actions to conserve water and electricity, compost waste food, recycle wherever possible and use bio-degradable cleaning agents. For hot water, we use solar panels.

Olaulim village, where our homestay is located, is just 11 kms from Panjim, the capital of Goa and 8kms from Mapusa, famous for its Friday Market. Dabolim Airport is 42 kms away while Thivim and Karmali Railway stations are equal distance of 20 km. We can arrange a pick-up to our place according to your travel plans.
