Traditional Kerala Homestay divided into 3 parts a) There are 2 Cottages in the compound b) There is heritage home which has 3 double bed rooms and c) two double bed rooms on the 1st floor of owner's home.
The Heritage home has Kitchenette with fridge in it and common hall.
Double bed rooms of the 1st floor have a common hall and kitchenette with fridge.
Cold running water is provided, hot water is provided on request. But generally it is not required as climate is warm.
Centrally located homestay with Chinese Nets at 1 km and Synagogue at 1 km.
Sight seeing places nearby are Vasco de Gama Church, Dutch palace, St. Francis Church etc.
