This is nice homestay with 6 rooms and just 1 mins walk from famous North Cliff beach of Varkala. The food is great and is ideally suited for couples and families. The interiors and exteriors are very neatly done.

Room are maintained clean and interiors are nice.
Both A/C rooms are on ground floor.
Cold running water is available and hot water is provided on request. However it is generally not required.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner would be provided in traditional Kerala style if ordered in advance.
24 Hours taxi services are available. Also sight seeing tours can be arranged.
The owner is a very good cook and can provide cookery classes.
Only families and couples preferred.
This is a silence zone with many foreigners around - hence making noise after 8.00 p.m. is not allowed.
